Job Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Assist in employee development initiatives to nurture talent and growth within the company. Aid in the implementation of HR programs and meticulously maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications for HR Executive at Neutraleaf
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience in human resource roles, particularly with a background in recruitment processes.
- Awesome verbal and written communication abilities and coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to handle confidential information and data with the highest level of integrity.
